Building on our previous success together, Daniel Dranove, one of the creators of the hit board game Cards Against Humanity, joined forces with Tom Weiner to develop Farms Race. Once again, Attached’s support was essential to bring the new strategy game to German-speaking gamers.

After successfully localizing Cards Against Humanity into Spanish for the Mexican market, the creators of Farms Race set their sights on the German-speaking market. Given the game’s reliance on humor, cultural references, and wordplay, a direct translation wouldn’t have been enough. Transcreation was essential to preserve the game’s distinctive tone. Our team carefully adapted the content to ensure that the wit, playfulness, and strategic nuance came across naturally for German players, creating an experience that remained true to the original while feeling completely authentic in the local context.
